Erick Cuevas

Data Engineer

Erick joined the FTR team in August of 2019 and holds the role of Data Engineer where he is responsible for collecting and organizing existing and new data for FTR. Acquiring this data is vital to create FTR's service packages for our clients and also helps our Subject Matter Experts understand what is happening in the industry. In addition, Erick works closely with our Data and System Manager to complete internal and external projects.

Erick joined FTR shortly after graduating from Indiana University where he received a B.S. in Informatics with a concentration in Business. During his time as an undergrad, he volunteered for non-profit organizations such as Girls Inc. and The Boys and Girls Club. While volunteering for these organizations he coordinated technology-driven activities that introduced children of various ages to programming.

Erick is from Acapulco Mexico but was raised in East Chicago, IN most of his life, and now resides in Bloomington, Indiana. During his free time, he enjoys playing sports, being outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends.
